  • How long are sessions?

    Sessions are approximately 53 minutes and are conducted via Telehealth using a HIPAA compliant Zoom link.

  • what is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, you are responsible for the full session fee, not covered by your insurance.

  • Do you offer consultations?

    Yes! We offer everyone the opportunity to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation before scheduling your first appointment. Scheduling a phone consultation is a great way to determine if you and your therapist are a good match for what you are looking to address in therapy!

  • Do you offer in-person sessions?

    We are a Telehealth-exclusive private practice, so we do not offer any in-person services. However, we understand that in-person is a preference for some and are happy to refer you to in-person services outside of our practice.

  • Can you help me navigate my insurance?

    Yes! We know that navigating insurance can be complex, so our therapists are able to verify your benefits for you. As an additional layer, we strongly recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to determine your eligibility and benefits. You can do this by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.

    We are a Telehealth-exclusive private practice based in New York State. We are able to work with you, wherever you might reside within the state!
